Although the Environmental Acoustics have developed important measures of analysis and noise control, the problem, far from diminishing, grows, so that there are broad, necessary approximations that involve architecture, urban planning, environmental education, art, sound design…

The identity of a place is marked by a conjunction of environments (talking, olfactory, the weather…). Although in some moments a sound, an image, a smell, or a climatic sensation floods our perception and imposes meaning onto others, we can affirm that we are always producing intersensory relations.
